Through our team of nutritionists, instructors, trainers, and existing clients we can help build a fitness plan that works for you. We monitor your progress and tweak your individual plan to ensure you see long term results.
We aim to develop a positive & confident mindset, promote sensible & fun training and educate on simplified & sustainable nutrition.
Lifestyle Challenge

The Hub

An online education hub giving you the ability to learn about fitness, nutrition and so much more. Brought to you by the Mission:FIT team, including our partner nutritionists, chefs and many more professionals.

What we do best
We’re not just trainers

We don’t shout at you to grind out one more rep. We work with you to find your happy amongst fitness and movement. This doesn’t mean 6am burpees every day, it does mean making small habit changes to get you on your feet and moving more, and inch you towards being more functionally fit.

We’re not lifestyle gurus

There’s no one-size-fits-all routine that we can dish out, but we can help with strategies on your life outlook. Reposition how you see yourself and your life. This helps your mental health, focus, confidence and self worth.

We’re not geniuses

We might not know it all, that’s why we’ve got some great partners on our team. From head chefs to registered nutritionists, we regularly produce live and recorded content from our trusted partners. We run live cookalongs and we do FAQ’s so we can help dismiss dodgy health rumours and those burning questions you’ve always wanted to ask.
