Mission:Ass&Abs

High intensity interval training class with coach Sean. Combination of bodyweight and small weighted exercises to achieve a fantastic workout.

Mission:Kettles

A resistance based class with coach Roy working all areas of the lower body including glutes. Equipment used: Dumbbells and kettlebells etc. 

Mission:Lower

A resistance based class with coach Roy working all areas of the lower body including glutes. Equipment used: Dumbbells and kettlebells etc. 

Mission:Upper

Resistance based class with coach Roy working on shaping the upper body muscles and increasing ROM (range of motion). Equipment used: Dumbbells, kettlebells, bands etc

Mission:Boxing

Bodyweight style class with coach Roy working on shadow boxing combos, conditioning, form, control, stamina etc..

Mission:Stretch

A stretching and mobility class with coach Roy to increase flexibility, joint articulation and ROM (range of motion).
